Warranty
The seller is responsible for the product sold under the warranty of Polish law. The Seller does not provide a guarantee within the meaning of Article 577 of the Civil Code, but informs about the guarantees known to him granted by third parties for products in the store.
Guarantees for products are provided by manufacturers or distributors indicated by them.
Musical instruments purchased from our Company are covered by a 2-year guarantee (The basis for the guarantee is the guarantee card together with the proof of purchase).
Accessories purchased from our Company are covered by a 12-month guarantee period.
The guarantees (musical instruments and accessories) do not cover: mechanical damage, structural changes, damage caused by external factors (thermal, chemical, atmospheric), elements subject to natural wear and tear during use (e.g. pads, corks), galvanic coatings, lacquer, consumables subject to earlier and continuous periodic replacement, e.g. reeds (hygienic and functional reasons), damage resulting from improper use, maintenance and assembly.
Manuals and terms of use PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
On the product card, the description includes catalog features of the product, including parameters, a list of additional elements that the product consists of (according to the Seller's knowledge at the time of adding the description)
Mouthpieces: all sizes are approximate (manufacturers' data). Final dimensions depend on the individual parameters and finish mouthpiece

GENERAL FEATURES OF MUSICAL PRODUCTS
The offered professional musical instruments and accessories are manufactured exclusively from noble and natural materials due to their specific purpose (obtaining the sound specified by the manufacturer). Therefore, the durability and durability of musical products is limited (individual elements are delicate - they are not durable) and the production and design parameters are not based on defined and repeatable technical standards.
